How do you define success!

Hi Ladies,
I would like to thank each and everyone of you for taking the time to teach
me some things I didn't know.  I really enjoyed the class and I take my hat off
to you ladies for such a wonderful job.  I learned a lot and I'm very grateful
to you ladies. Love, Always
Renata

Dear WCAC,
Thank you so much for the reference.  I got the job.  I start in four weeks.
It's so nice to be able to count on agencies like WCAC to assist in making
healthier choices and secure a job for me and my family. I miss you
guys terribly, take care lots of love,
Margie

Women Connecting Affecting Change
by Kimberly S.

Teaching me how to be more than I
ever thought possible.
Teaching me to love me for who I am,
and not for what I can do
or what I can give.
Teaching me to stop the insanity
and the cycles of drug abuse, prostitution,
and domestic violence, because it's closer
to home than I think.
Teaching me to say no and
realizing there are other ways to go.
Teaching me that change is acceptable today
and that I'm worth it.
Women Connecting Affecting Change
has given me insight on how to
make the best of me.

To the ladies of WCAC,
My name is R Lewis and I just wanted to say thank you for such a wonderful
time you all welcome me with smiles and warm hugs that meant so much to
me and for your support.  I go to my old neighborhood to care for the children
that I have watched grow up.  I'm known as the neighborhood mom
that always takes children home with me my doors stay open,
one time I took fifteen children to a baseball game
won't ever do that again ha ha.  I love children I even take care of
my friends baby who is three a handful and very stressful at times,
but I never make time for myself.  But at WCAC I felt like a queen,
I was thankful for dinner and I felt relaxed like I was home.
To be treated that way was such a good feeling I really
felt special.  I want to also say thank you for always thinking of me.
I'm very blessed to have each one of you in my life and I always go
away with something very important.  I learn something new every
time we get together it feels great to have some place that's just for me.
Till we meet again God bless each and every one of you and keep
you and your family's safe.  Well back to the drawing board.
Thanks for everything
